Topics covered:
1) demystification of espresso: it’s not that complicated. A break down of exactly what goes into, and comes out of it.
2) quantifying espresso; how to measure the variables and establish a simple set of brewing controls to ensure consistency
3) tasting espresso: identifying common issues by taste
4) cleaning
5) introduction to steaming technique
