What to Expect
Although men are always welcome on all courses, we have designed this course for men only. You need not attend all three courses nor is it a requirement to attend course one before course two, as everything is explained in full on all three days. The day starts at 10:00am and finishes at about 15:30pm, after lunch made up of the dishes covered on that day.
