We specialise in making cookery courses an accessible, inspirational and dynamic experience. We have a team of passionate chefs with different specialities to teach and enthuse people about food.

Kevin Hooper is a member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain and a Fellow of The Craft Guild of Chefs. Kevin has worked at some of the most prestigious catering establishments in the country including The Dorchester Hotel, Hyde Park Hotel, Odins and Waltons Restaurants.

He has been tutoring in gastronomy for 8 years and is still invited to cook by other major chefs at prestigious establishments all over the UK.

Kevin has acquired expert knowledge of Japanese cuisine by working at Nobu and Thai cuisine by working at Nahn in Belgrava. He has spent time perfecting certain other techniques in the kitchens of The Lanesborough Hotel.

Kevin has run functions for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, The King of Norway and other royalty.
