What to Expect

In this class we will be baking: Chocolate Tarts w Berries / Scones / Strawberry Macaroons / Lemon & Poppy Seed Cake.

This class will teach you how to pull together the perfect afternoon tea that will impress family and friends alike. Ori will teach you how to make the perfect tart crust as well as scones and a zesty lemon cake. Macaroons have gained enormous popularity over the past 2 years. How to make the perfect macaroon seems to be a mystery to many people, but during this class Ori will teach you how to make delicious macaroons at home – no black magic needed.

This class is taught by professional pastry chef Ori Hellerstein.

This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. A great class for anyone who wants to broaden their cake and pastry making skills. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.

I’ve been baking ever since I was a little girl. I love spending time in my kitchen trying out new recipes and making up my own!

My big passion is home baked bread and cakes – no bread machines in my kitchen! I enjoy kneading bread, seeing the dough develop in my hands, and the baking highlight is taking the tray out of the oven with a steaming hot bread.

Besides the sheer enjoyment of baking your own bread and not having to rely on boring white bread from the supermarket, home baked bread also has a high nutritional value. So baking your own bread is not only fun and rewarding, but it adds to a healthier lifestyle.
